CP-200 Crusher is CP series sealed hammer crusher is mainly used for coarse, medium and fine crushing of raw materials in laboratories. Such as coal, coke, limestone, phosphate rock, coal gangue and other materials that need to be crushed. Its crushing method is splitting crushing, relying on the high-speed rotation of the wear-resistant hammer in the crushing bin to crush the material. The crushed material should be brittle, and the shape of the crushed material is mostly regular round balls. The compressive strength of the crushed material does not exceed 80MPa. If the moisture content of the material exceeds 6%, the material will not be unobstructed. On the basis of the sealed hammer crusher, a 1/8 reduction system is added, so that the crushed material is automatically reduced and discharged at a ratio of 1:8 during the discharging process, making the material highly representative. It is an ideal equipment for laboratories to test various materials.
