一、High efficiency
1) The test can be carried out after the machine is turned on, and the analysis of the three indicators of moisture, ash and volatile matter of 20 samples can be completed within 90-120 minutes. Two batches of samples can be completed in 8 hours.
2) The two main machines work in parallel (or can work separately), and the moisture, ash and volatile matter are tested at the same time. After the sample is placed, the whole process can be unattended, and there is no need to replace the crucible or open the crucible cover in the middle.
3) The weighing mechanism and lifting are more stable, and the weighing data is more accurate.
二、Strong reliability
1) The internationally advanced DSP control technology and the new generation of adaptive control technology are adopted to make the instrument control more real-time and reliable.
2) The round well-shaped high-temperature furnace has a more uniform and stable temperature distribution, which solves the technical problem of uneven and unstable furnace temperature caused by frequent opening of the furnace door in the assembly line working mode.
3) There is no need to open the furnace door frequently, and there is no need to frequently move the crucible from the combustion plate to the weighing plate. Using thermobalance technology, dynamic calibration with blank crucibles in the same atmosphere ensures the accuracy of weighing and avoids the problem of inaccurate weighing caused by inconsistent crucible temperature in the assembly line.
4) Classic slow ash can be used for each ash test, which fully meets the national standard requirement that the furnace temperature rises to 500℃ within no less than 30 minutes, ensuring the accuracy of ash test.
